  • We strive to keep all our self-paced workshops up to date which means removing workshops that are older than 3 years.

  • The exact number of workshops and webinars will fluctuate throughout the year. What you see available now is only available for a limited time.

  • As we remove older workshops and webinars we will add new workshops and webinars. In the past year we added 20 hours of new learning opportunities.

  • Our Annual Subscription is perfect for educators who want to go above and beyond minimum professional development requirements.

  • What does this subscription include?

    All of our LIVE and SELF-PACED webinars and workshops. Annual subscribers will get access to the LIVE Online Summit and recordings while their subscription is valid and the recordings are available. Please note: This annual subscription will auto-renew!

  • What does this subscription not include?

    This subscription does NOT include any SPECIALIZED PROGRAMS that we offer. For example: Workshop Facilitator Training.

  • Who are the instructors and facilitators?

    Our Living Library includes a variety of Early Years and Child Development Experts. The facilitators will change as we remove and add more to the collection.

  • When will more PD hours be added to the collection?

    In our first year we added 20 new hours of PD. We will be continuously working on adding more PD hours each year!

  • What technology do I need?

    You can view the workshops/webinars on your phone but the workshops are better experienced on a tab, Ipad or laptop. You will need a screen, audio and keyboard to answer reflective questions.

  • Can I get a receipt or confirmation?

    Once you pay you will see a "thank you" and you will receive a receipt email. If you need a more detailed receipt please contact us directly. PLEASE NOTE: It is important that you receive an email from us. If not, you might have entered your email in wrong. If you do not get an email from us please let us know [email protected]

  • Can I get a refund or credit after purchase?

    NEW SATISFACTION AND REFUND GUARANTEE (updated June 18, 2024): If you sign up for the Annual Subscription and you are not satisfied, you can get a full refund in the first 30 days after your initial purchase (or auto-renew) as long as you haven't taken more than 3 hours of our professional development. PLEASE NOTE: This Annual Subscription will auto-renew and we will send you a reminder before it renews.

  • Will I get a certificate of completion?

    YES, you will get certificates for all of the trainings you complete! Certificates of completion will be available automatically upon completion of the workshop or webinar. We keep a record of all who register for this workshop. For ECE registry purposes, the instructor can verify the progress and completion of each participant in this course. Remember to download your certificate and any resources should this course ever be taken down.

  • Will this workshop be accepted by the ECE registry in my province or state?

    Ultimately it is up to YOU, the participant to ensure this workshop would be accepted by the ECE authority in their province or state. Each certificate of completion will include our contact information so that we can support educators to get their professional development hours. PLEASE NOTE: You must complete all the materials in full and answer all questions so that we can ethically verify your certificate with any ECE registry.
